Cayleigh has a cough so I started giving her hot tea with honey. It is just a matter of days until I get sick, I just know it.

We painted our bedroom today. A dark deep navy blue. It feels GREAT in there, so relaxing.

Installed another hard drive in our computer. Woo! It was SO disgusting when I opened the ol' girl up!

Beau surprised me with an awesome rose. It is the best smelling rose EVER. After he brought me the flower, we got Chinese take out and went to the drive-in to watch National Treasure 2!

I started watching Beau's tattoo artist's (the 63 year old) great-grandson. Whenever she gets a tattoo that will take a few hours, she will drop him off at my place. I am in a whole new different ballgame! He is full of excitement & is super active compared to Cayleigh.

Did some grocery shopping & Christmas shopping this morning. Before we did the grocery shopping, we went to a pond next to the store. I thought this shot came out looking good!

Went to work with Beau this morning. Needless to say, the dogs felt neglected!

We went to the Drive-in tonight in hopes of seeing "I am Legend" with Will Smith. We got there at 6 & ate dinner. Around 6:30, it started getting really foggy...I mean REALLY foggy. Right before the movie was to start at 7:30, they said that since it was so bad they were going to wait until 7:45 to start the movie in hopes of it clearing up. Well, it didn't. It just got worse. So, they gave us rain checks.

Afterwards, we went to the actual theater. The showings at 8:15 & 9:05 were both sold out so we bought tickets to the 9:50...which was in the nick of time because that show was sold out too! After we saw the movie, I told Beau that it was definitely worth going through the hassle we did to see it! I loved the movie!

Day 104

Sprayed the bedding with this today. Last time I used it was well over a year ago. My mother-in-law, Connie, gave us this on a visit to the farm one day in July of 2006.

On the bottle it says, "Essence Lore: The Indonesians spread ylang petals on the beds of newlyweds to bring luck, harmony and fertility."

I swear that after I used this on the bed, I finally got pregnant in August of'06. Ha!

Searched some recipe books my mother gave me at Thanksgiving. For my birthday, I wanted a cheesecake. I eventually went on the internet and found one on there...It turned out to be the BEST cheesecake I have EVER made.

Fedex dropped off packages from Jon for our birthdays and Christmas. (Inside it held SOOOOO many presents - Around 20!)

I thought this was a hilarious photo of Tinker...I caught her in mid yawn. We didn't do a single thing on Sunday. We even had pizza delivered because we didn't want to leave the house. Now that was a good lazy Sunday.

Yesterday morning, I opened the windows so I could see when my mother-in-law was going to come. I eventually got tired & took a nap.

Usually, I am the one putting up the tree the day after Thanksgiving. I guess I just am not in the Christmas spirit...I didn't care if we had a tree up this year or not. Beau on the other hand...He is just blowing me away this year. He wanted to put up the tree, he is listening to Christmas music...where is the man I married?

"Children to Joseph James House was 23." Holy Moly! While going through and adding everything to my family tree program, I came across HIM. My goodness, his family is gonna take me forever because not only does he have 23 children but he has more than that in grandchildren!

Worked SO much on the Family Genealogy today! I have literally worked on it for *almost* three days straight!

After my parents left for the LONG drive home (10+ hours) me and Beau went to the Stonehenge replica located at the University of Texas at the Permian Basin. The snow looked absolutely beautiful on the stones!!

We had a really freakish snow today...I thought it wasn't gonna snow much but it continued to snow for the next few days! Its very odd for snow in November in WEST Texas.

Having A LOT of trouble with my knee here lately. I wished I knew what was wrong.

Cayleigh put her Puss in Boots...in her boots. I thought it was the cutest thing ever!

Still having a lot of problems with the neighbors. On Monday, I put my planters along our property line...that didn't stop them, they ran over them! So, today, me and Cayleigh put rocks. Even though our property line is about a foot to the right of their broken down silver car, the rock will probably stay there. I cannot wait until we can get the damned concrete broken up & an actual YARD in the front!

Even though yesterday looked like the perfect Autumn day, it was a fairly warm 80*! Give us the cool autumn weather!
